In most cases, this information is provided by you to the Event organizer or their affiliates. This data, referred to as "Event-Provided Information," is linked to your participation in the Event and may be associated with your Race Results.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To Provide and Maintain the Platform: This includes ensuring the functionality of our website and mobile applications, managing user sessions, and delivering push notifications (based on User Identifiers).
• To Display Race Results: We use Race Results and may associate it with Event-Provided Information to display your results and performance in Events.
• Analytics and Improvement: We use User Identifiers for analytics purposes to understand how users interact with our Platform, identify trends, and improve its functionality and user experience.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Event Organizers: Race Results and Event-Provided Information are shared with the organizers of the Events you participate in or are associated with, as this information originates from them or is directly related to their Events.
• With Service Providers: We may engage third-party service providers to assist us with functions such as analytics, data hosting, and push notification delivery. These providers will have access to information only to the extent necessary to perform their services and are obligated to maintain its confidentiality.
• With Clients: Information may be shared with our clients.

Under most circumstances, this information can be altered by the Event organizer as permitted by their agreement with us, where the Event is the Client.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect and maintain against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
